Crisis in Ukraine



No progress was registered today after a teleconference held by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande, the Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, and the Russian, Vladimir Putin. The next step, the four leaders agreed, will be a meeting in the capital of Belarus, Minsk. Day summit is scheduled for Wednesday, February 11.
